is a native of Los Angeles, California. After earning her Juris Doctor degree from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, she joined the firm of Koletsky, Mancini, Feldman & Morrow, where she was a litigation attorney for 16 years. She became a trial attorney, taking cases to trial that involved personal injuries, business disputes, construction defects, and premises liability.
After 16 years of litigation, Karen decided it was time for a change. Leaving her home in Los Angeles was not an easy decision, but the peaceful environment of the desert appealed to her, so she moved and opened her own practice.
